Planning a business move

Commercial moves go smoothly when they are planned. Before quoting we will ask about:

• The number of workstations, cabinets and large items
• Access at both buildings: loading bays, lifts, building rules and booking times
• Whether the move must happen after hours or over a weekend
• Any IT or specialist equipment that needs extra care

Minimising downtime

Label boxes and furniture by destination room, back up and disconnect IT equipment before the move, and appoint one contact person on site. If your building requires proof of insurance or other paperwork from contractors, ask us early so we can tell you what can be provided.
